The Event Room located at 220 N. Country Club is a climate controlled multi-purpose rental area.
Five thousand sq. ft. Of clear span floor space. The event room at country club has a polished concrete floor and an attached catering kitchen that is available for rent at an additional cost. The layout is designed to accommodate reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, conferences, trainings and small sales, dinners etc. This space is located at the historic Canadian County Fairgrounds and is not at the same address as the Canadian County EXPO & Event Center. All bookings for this rental area are booked through the www.canadiancountyexpo.org website and are managed by the Canadian County EXPO & Event Center staff.

Cost of Rental
$225: 4 hours or less
(Customer responsible for setup/sweeping/removing Trash/spot cleaning spills/leaving the facility as it was received) EXPO provides mopping & cleaning restrooms.
$250: Up to 12 hours
(Customer responsible for setup/sweeping/removing Trash/spot cleaning spills/leaving the facility as it was received) EXPO provides mopping & cleaning restrooms.
$50: Kitchen (additional to the rental of the Event Room)
$15: Microphone (additional to the rental of the Event Room)
Hours of use:
Rentals must fall within the hours of 8am-11pm on the day of your rental and must not exceed more than 12 hours of use. Rentals taking place before 8AM or after 11PM and rentals lasting longer than 12 hours will require an additional ½ or full day rental charge.
